Current Ratio
Current assets divided by current liabilities — a short-term liquidity measure.
The current ratio indicates whether a company can meet its short-term obligations from its short-term assets. A ratio above 1 means current assets exceed current liabilities.
It is a liquidity signal, not a solvency guarantee — the quality and timing of the underlying assets matter.
