1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, company), search queries, service request contents, documents you upload, and usage analytics.
2. Anonymous name previews
When you generate names without an account, your business brief and generated candidates are stored server-side so only the browser holding its private cookie can recover or claim the preview. The ownership cookie and unclaimed preview expire after 90 days. Generating another preview may opportunistically remove expired unclaimed previews earlier or later than that window.
3. How we use it
To operate searches and dashboards, match you with advocates, process payments, improve our models, and send transactional notifications. We do not sell personal data.
4. AI processing
Chat messages and brand descriptions are processed by AI models (Azure OpenAI) to generate responses. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts.
5. Sharing
Service request details are shared with the assigned advocate. Payment data is processed by Razorpay. We disclose data when required by law.
6. Retention & deletion
Authenticated users can download an account export or erase their profile and private workspace data in Dashboard Settings. Erasure revokes sessions and API keys and pseudonymizes the account. Service-request, billing, referral, API-usage, and security-audit records may remain where required for legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting, or product operations.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are bcrypt-hashed, sessions are database-revocable, access is role-restricted, and browser write requests are origin-checked. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].
