1. Acceptance
By accessing Firmso you agree to these terms. If you use Firmso on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you can bind that organisation.
2. Nature of service
Firmso is a technology platform providing business intelligence and workflow tooling. Firmso is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Legal services are rendered by independent advocates whom you engage through the platform.
3. Data sources
Company data comes from MCA RoC master data published as open government data, and each record states its source and vintage. The trademark tool currently uses a demonstration index. Source, coverage and freshness vary; verify material decisions against current official records.
4. Accounts & credits
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Search credits reset monthly, are non-transferable and carry no cash value.
5. Payments
Paid plans and service fees are processed via Razorpay when enabled. Government/statutory charges are billed at actuals. Fees for professional services are refundable only before an advocate has commenced work.
6. Acceptable use
No scraping, bulk export, resale of data, or use of the platform to harass or defame. We may suspend accounts violating these terms.
7. Liability
Firmso's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of platform data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
